If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including The Remembrance Canon, Book I: The Book of Remembrance, the Transmissions, Private Transmissions, The Remembrance Flow, and all text, names, marks, imagery, and design, is the original work and property of Ah’Ku Maya’Se unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt, or commercially exploit any of it without prior written permission. Short quotations with clear attribution are welcome.

3. Permitted Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to interfere with the operation or security of the site, misrepresent your identity in forms or communications, or use the site's content to train or seed commercial products without permission.

4. Offerings, Subscriptions, and Payment

Paid offerings, including the Private Transmissions membership, are billed through Stripe under the terms presented at checkout. Prices are shown at the point of purchase and may change for future billing periods with notice. Subscription cancellation and refund treatment are described in the Refunds & Cancellation Policy.

5. No Professional Advice

Content and offerings are educational and personal-development material only, as described in the Disclaimer. Nothing on this site is legal, financial, tax, medical, or mental-health advice.

6. Third-Party Services
